As you may be aware, we’re currently experiencing some technical issues with the online store. Customers are struggling to log in, view their baskets or contact us using the form. This is due to a recent server migration, we’re working on it as fast as we can fixing it.
Regular orders can still be placed manually with us. To do this as quickly and easily as possible, please:
- Add things to your basket as usual. Then, hover over the basket in the top right hand corner of the page and click ‘view basket’.
- If your basket isn’t showing correctly, remove the rogue item(s) showing by clicking the small ‘x’ next to the product title.
- Your actual basket should then appear. Please send a screenshot of this, along with your account name/business name and shipping address to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will place your order manually, including trade discounts where necessary.
