The DT Swiss 240 EXP sets the benchmark for durability among high performance hubs. This CL model is great for road and gravel riders, even touring riders. The bearing life is quite astonishing, they can take a lot of punishment and deal with a lot of torque.
The EXP ratchet mechanism is a new, lighter replacement for the original star ratchet system from their predecessor, the legendary 240S hubs. No traditional pawls and springs.
12x100mm front and 12x142mm rear only.
Straight pull or J-bend hubs available. Shimano HG or SRAM XDR freehubs available.
